3. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including vehicle details and contact information.

Appointment confirmation is subject to availability. We will send a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is scheduled. If a requested time slot is unavailable, we will propose an alternative.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is valid for that specific service. Additional work or parts required beyond the original scope will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as displayed on our website. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for the requested service. AutoCare Hub will perform services with reasonable skill and care; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

We recommend removing all personal belongings before dropping off your vehicle. AutoCare Hub is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Vehicle Listings & Marketplace

AutoCare Hub may display third-party vehicle listings for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed vehicle. All transactions between buyers and sellers are solely between those parties. AutoCare Hub is not a party to any sale contract and disclaims all liability related to such transactions.

If you are a seller listing a vehicle, you warrant that the information provided is true and that you have the right to sell the vehicle.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AutoCare Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
