Where are you located?

Our workshop is located at 123 Premium Drive, Auto City, AC 45000. We serve customers throughout the metro area and offer convenient appointment scheduling online or by phone.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You can also book appointments 24/7 through our website.

Services & Detailing

What detailing packages do you offer?

We offer Express Detail ($99), Full Detail ($249), and Ultimate Ceramic ($599) packages. Each includes progressively more services such as clay bar treatment, paint correction, ceramic coating, and interior steam cleaning. Visit our Car Detailing page for full breakdowns.

How long does a full detail take?

A full detail typically takes between 3 to 5 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Our Ultimate Ceramic package with paint correction may require 5 to 8 hours or more. We'll give you an accurate time estimate during booking.

Can you remove deep scratches or swirl marks?

Paint correction can significantly reduce or eliminate light to moderate swirl marks and scratches. Deep scratches that penetrate the clear coat may require touch‑up paint. Our technicians will assess your paint and recommend the best approach.

What is ceramic coating and is it worth it?

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds with your car's paint, creating a hydrophobic, UV‑resistant shield. It keeps your car cleaner for longer, enhances gloss, and protects against environmental contaminants. Many clients find it well worth the investment for long‑term protection and easier maintenance.

How do I book a service?

You can book online 24/7 through our Booking page, call us at +1 (555) 123-4567, or visit our workshop in person. Online booking lets you select your preferred date and time instantly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list.

Vehicle Listings

Are all vehicles inspected before listing?

Yes. Every vehicle in our marketplace undergoes a comprehensive 150‑point inspection covering mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic aspects. All findings are documented and disclosed to ensure complete transparency for buyers.

Can I sell my car through AutoCare Hub?

Yes, we offer listing services for qualified vehicles. Contact us directly to discuss the process, and our team will guide you through inspection, photography, and listing creation.

Do you offer financing or warranties on listed vehicles?
